The printer appears greyed out or marked Offline on your computer

Fix it yourself
Walk to the printer and check it is powered on and its display is lit — press the power button or a key on the panel to wake it from sleep mode.
Check the printer's display for error messages (paper jam, out of paper, toner) and resolve them.
On your computer, open the printer settings, select the printer, and untick any option called Use Printer Offline or Pause Printing.
Restart your computer and check whether the printer comes back online.
If you are working remotely, make sure you are connected to the office network or your VPN client — office printers are usually only reachable from the company network.
Try removing the printer from your computer and adding it again from the company printer list.

Open a ticket and include the printer name, your computer name, whether you are in the office or remote, and when the printer went offline.
